actually received the lock but broken !!!!!
I have ordered my last order and fully paid the amount @ 6 AM November 28th. it is now 4th of December and the shipping just started, (minding the fact that I paid 106 USD just for the shipping), and with one item missing, and the refund for the items' shipping was only 11.75 USD but when I try to buy it the shipping cost is 27USD! (minimum)
